At FurnaceFilters, we want to ensure your indoor air quality is perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened filters in their original packaging. If you ordered the wrong size or are not completely satisfied, our team is here to help you find the right fit for your HVAC system.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Securely
Place the unused filters back into their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage to the delicate pleats during transit.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the filters to confirm they are in brand-new condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
